Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
TaskHub (“the Bot”) is a Telegram Mini App that rewards users for completing tasks. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using TaskHub you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
- Telegram profile data — your Telegram user ID, display name, username and profile photo, provided automatically by Telegram when you open the Bot. We use these to create and identify your account.
- Task activity — tasks completed, offers credited, game rounds and withdrawal requests, needed to run the rewards system and audit balances.
- Device information — a one-way hash of device characteristics (browser/OS type, screen, timezone) used solely to enforce one account per person and prevent reward fraud.
- Payment details — your UPI ID or Telegram Stars handle, only when you request a withdrawal.
- Submitted proofs — screenshots or details you submit for manual task verification, retained while under review and for a reasonable period afterwards for dispute handling.
2. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not access your Telegram private chats, contacts or files.
- We do not collect government IDs, bank account numbers or card details.
3. Partner offerwalls
Tasks from partners such as TimeWall open inside Telegram. When you choose to complete a partner offer, the partner receives your Telegram user ID (via a tracking parameter) so they can credit your reward. Their own privacy policies govern their processing.
4. Legal basis & retention
We process the data above on the basis of providing the service you requested. Account and transaction data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for financial audit and fraud prevention; proof submissions are deleted when no longer needed.
5. Your choices
- You can stop using TaskHub at any time by blocking the Bot in Telegram.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data by messaging support through the Bot.
- Withdrawals already processed may still be recorded for audit purposes as required.
6. Children
TaskHub is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).
7. Changes & contact
We may update this policy and will note the date above. Questions? Contact support through the Bot — a human replies.
